Would you like to have the subscription collected from a new bank address? Then follow the next steps:

• Go to the contact form on the site.
• Fill in the name of the subscription holder and the serial number of the care display.
• The serial number always starts with HA0 and can be found on the side of the blue box or on the back of the care display on a white sticker.
• The serial number is always on the back of the care display.
• Then state the new IBAN/BIC number and the name under which the account is held.
• We will handle the rest and send you a confirmation once it has been changed.
