The <em>&#8220;connected&#8221;-<\/em> sign can be found in the upper right corner.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/mymemorylane.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screenshot_20200622-112621.jpg?resize=169%2C300\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If the connection sign is grey, there is no connection to the CareScreen. You can restore the connection by restarting the CareScreen or making sure you have an active internet connection.<\/p>\n<p>You can restart the CareScreen by pressing the button &#8220;<em>help&#8221;<\/em> and then choosing <em>&#8220;Memory Lane information&#8221;.<\/em> At the bottom right of the screen you will find the button <em>&#8220;restart&#8221;.<\/em> Pressing this will restart the CareScreen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Memory Lane application is connected to the Memory Lane CareScreen when the &#8220;connected&#8221;&gt; sign is red.
