Then follow the next steps:<br \/>\n&lt; ol&gt;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, go through the installation process on the CareScreen until the QR code is shown.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the Memory Lane app on the phone of the previous CareScreen administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;<em>Change Memory Lane<\/em>&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure <em>current Memory Lane<\/em> is selected at the top of the app on the right account, then click &#8220;<em>Scan<\/em>&#8220;.<\/li>\n<li>Scan the QR code on the CareScreen (see step 1).<\/li>\n<li>The pop-up will ask if you want to activate Memory Lane. click on &#8220;<em>Yes<\/em>&#8220;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The screen will now be activated and the data of the previous CareScreen will be on the new CareScreen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you received a replacement or new CareScreen, and do you want to put the old data back on the [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"faq_category":[263,219],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v23.4 (Yoast SEO v23.4) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>How can I transfer data from an old CareScreen to a new CareScreen?
