Child Safety Standards Policy Statement

Commitment to Child Safety At Memorylane, we are deeply committed to protecting children from harm and ensuring a safe online environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, distribution, or facilitation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our app does not contain, promote, or enable content or behaviors that sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger children, such as grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other predatory activities targeting minors.

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing or accessing any visual depictions (e.g., photos, videos, or generated imagery) involving minors in sexually explicit conduct.
• Any user-generated content or interactions that could endanger children, including solicitation of minors for inappropriate purposes.
• Failure to report suspected CSAM or CSAE incidents.

We align our practices with global best practices, including those from the Tech Coalition, and comply fully with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy, as well as all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., reporting requirements to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities).

Reporting and Response Mechanisms Users can report suspected CSAE or violations directly by emailing support@mymemorylane.com. Upon receiving a report or gaining actual knowledge of CSAM/CSAE:

• We will immediately investigate and remove offending content or users.
• Confirmed cases will be reported to NCMEC and/or relevant law enforcement without delay.
• We maintain logs of actions taken to ensure transparency and ongoing compliance.

This policy is effective as of October 11, 2025 and applies to all users of Memorylane. Violations may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action.
